Radio button list... only one item is enabled(with the check) then the others will be disabled

Hi, I would liko to make my radio button list like this... upon opening of the page(viewing only)... i would like to see that in the radio button list, only the one that is checked(selected) is enabled(but still cant deselect the check) while the other items of the radio button list will be disabled.Thanks for the help! Please feel free to give cooments. =)

    Sounds like you are not giving your buttons a group name
