Storing and retreiving TRichedit from a table.

The following is what I need to do.

In my table "TLogboek" I have a Memo-field called "Overigen"
On a form I have a TRichedit.
The (formatted) text in the TRichedit must be stored into the field "Overigen".

This is what I want to know:

1. Loading memo-field into TRichedit:
When the form is opened the field "Overigen" of the current record in table TLogboek must be loaded into the TRichedit.
2. Automatically storing changes back into the memo-field:
When changes are made to the text in the TRichedit, then they have to be stored automatically in the table TLogboek whenever
the user skips to the next record or closes the form, or other?
3. Loading next/previous record
Also when skipping to the next/previous record this record must be loaded into the TRichedit.

I would prefer a working solution.
Thanks a lot for your help.
