Possible to Block Users from Opening the Immediate/Debug Window in Access MDE?

For security reasons, I need to block users from being able to open the debug window in Access.  If I could over-ride the ctrl-g shortcut, this would meet my needs.  Any other method of blocking users from opening the debug window would also protect data held in variables.

    Click on tools, startup, advanced.
Uncheck the box Use Access Special Keys

Then click ok. Close the database and reopen it. ctl-g is now disabled
