Remove a hard drive from IBM Thinkpad T30?

I need to remove a hard drive from an IBM thinkpad T30 so I can hook it up to a 2.5 to 3.5 IDE adapter, and copy the data from it, before I wipe it clean.
Problem is, I don't see any easy was to get to the drive, unless I'm missing something.
Most laptops have a couple of captive screws and a catchable panel that lets you just slide it out, attached to a "drive sled" of some sort.
As they said in Vietnam - I don't want to "destroy the village in order to save it." -
therefore, if anyone knows an easy and safe way to get that drive out of there, I'd appreciate it.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
