Auto install fonts....again

I have 20~30 fonts that do not come standard with Windows that I want all of my users to have. I have tried running a startup script that copies these to the C:\WINNT\FONTS folder, but this doesn't seem to work.

Is there a way to automate the install of these fonts?

I am running W2000 & XP pro workstations.

I know this topic has come up before, but the links reffered to in those Q's were either broken or of little help.

Use Innosetup as your P&D, it has the ability to install fonts as part of your installation package. You'l find it here: http://www.jrsoftware.org/  , it is free, and it is one of the best in the market.

I don't  know what a P&D is. Also, I don't have an installation package.

I'm looking more for something that I can run as a .cmd or .vbs that will install \\SVR1\Share1\Fonts\*.* to the workstation running the script.

I'm pretty green with vbs, better with cmd.

Many thanks

I don't think this question should be deleted at all. I gave the asker several options to solve their problem. My first post was about using installers, and my second was how to install fonts without installers.

Others, as opposed to the asker, may find this info useful.

Thanks,

Is there a way it can be PAQ'd without awarding points?

It may be useful to others, but the responses and links, are not useful to me.
