TOSHIBA SATELLITE S1900-303 LAPTOP SYSTEM DISABLED

Helo, good friends . i've toshiba satellite S1900-303 laptop,it's mode no is PS192E-00G1N-EN, serial no is 23643031G. problem with my laptop is that first of all i forgot it's system password(after setting it from bios). so it doesn't allow me to go into the system. then i searched experts exchange and i tried backdoor passwords but unfortunaltely it disabled system(message came with system disabled) and now when i try to restart the system it just after 2 seconds shuts down even doesn't asks for password. i opened my laptop tried to remove battery(CMOS), there is no jumper(relevant) to password. but no option worked.
now i'm really stucked and unable to think that what should i do...?

can any body please help me here..?

Best Regards,

Sorry to be posting in bits and pieces, but, this might help to find your motherboard manual, so that you know where the jumper is exactly:

Thank you very much dear friends for the help but problem with me was that first of all i was facing this problem means when i used to turn on the laptop it asks for system password (password was on system+BIOS).means if you'll not give password it will not let you go in. but i tried many many different passwords i think round 100 maybe.
so when last time i tried the password it gave message "System Disabled".
and now when i try to switch on the laptop it just starts for 2-3 seconds and then shuts it down. so system is disabled now. means situation is more worsened.
can any expert please help me.
I don't want to pay to toshiba and don't have so money.
Thank you very much

I'm unable to find any jumper into the laptop..? even i opened it but unable to find any on the board.?yes i had searched the upper links but problem i'm facing is that it's more worsened now. before it was asking for system password . but as i told you earlier i tried it again and again . so it just disabled the system. so please tell me how can i get laptop out from this state. when i switch power on ,laptop starts and just after 2/3 seconds it shuts down . and i repeat the procedure same happens again.
so it even doesn't asks for the password.
what should i do now..?
i don't want to contact toshiba, don't want to pay money(as i don't have :):):) )
you tell me. so that i can do something by myself.
Thank you very much in advance.
