Hi All,

I have a big challenge. My customer have laptops on road and need to do service at different location. Those location have their own VPN and Firewall. By having different firewall/VPN we need to have many VPN client on our laptops. Also, our Cisco need to have a the VPN site to site with a customer up all the time.

VPN Clients who work on a Laptop:
Microsoft VPN Client and SafeNet (WatchhGuard) = OK
Microsoft VPN Client and Symantec = OK
Microsoft VPN Client and Cisco = OK

VPN Clients who don't work on a Laptop:
SafeNet (WatchhGuard) and Symantec = NO
SafeNet (WatchhGuard) and Cisco = NO
Cisco and Symantec =  NO

So I am looking to have a generic VPN Client to connect to all remote location without changing to firewalls!

Any ideas!

all VPN clients for proprietary solutions (Cisco, Symantec, M$, etc. etc.) cannot co-exist on the client.
Each needs its own OS.

Either you tweak your VON vendors to use standards only, like IPSec, or you need to use a reliable OS
where you can change clients easyly (like on Linux). AFAIK both are real world scenarios, unfortunatelly.

AFAIK you only can install some kind of  multi operating system on your laptops
