NEW DELL Latitude D800 w/factory bluetooth and IPAQ 5555

OK, here is the same tired old question, I have never seen a real answer...

I want to get OUT to the Internet from my IPAQ 5555 using bluetooth link through my LAN connected DELL Laptop.  I DONT want a file transfer utility, I DONT want to see files or active ync on my DELL, I JUST want explorer on my IPAQ to be able to browse the internet using the connetcion on my Dell D800. I have XP SP1 installed, no SP@ at this time. I DONT want the fact that I am doing this to in ANY way impact the DELL connection that already exists on the Laptop. For some reason as soon as I select the 'let users connect to the internet from this device' and I select the DELL wired connection in the pull down box, I lose my DELL connection to the internet, and I seem to take on the characteristics of a router (my IP becomes 192.168.0.1) instead of my LAN IP assigned by my LAN HCP servers.

Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The Bluetooth Manager on your desktop also has an option in the configuration which you can set to allow all devices or just your particular device
