Hi acetate,

Yes, ERD Commander should reset local Administrator passwords on servers (including domain controllers) with no problems.  If you want to reset a Domain Admin password and ERD Commander doesn't have the functionality, you could always reset the local admin password on the domain controller box and then reset the Domain Administrator password from there.

As for the antivirus solution for ntfsdos, any antivirus solution for DOS should work fine.  I've always been partial to f-prot.

take care and good luck,
