Where can I get VBA SDK 6.4

I need to get a copy of VBA SDK 6.4  I found an "evaluation" version online, but can find nowhere to actually purchase a licensed copy.  We really have to issue a check to purchase it through the company, so I am limited to my choices of where to get ahold of this.  Any ideas?

That's the "evaluation" version I had found, and it appears it has to be via charge card.  Is there an actual licensed version?

The SDK is free. The charge is just to cover postage & packing. The version you've already got is the full 'licensed' copy.
