How do I view stdout & stderr?

Where are stdout & stderr in .net, if I'm running in debug mode?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

stdout is equivalent to cout and stderr is equivalent to cerr

cout << "Outputting to stdout" << endl;

cerr << "Outputting to stderr" << endl;

Thank you, Jaime.
Now, if I'm debugging in MS.NET development environment, is there a window that I can open in order to SEE stderr and stdout?
Jaime OlivaresSoftware ArchitectCommented:
If you are generating a "command line" application, just have to run from DOS prompt.

jpalumbosAuthor Commented: it sounds like you're saying that Stdout & Stderr ONLY apply to command-line apps, and NOT to windows apps.
