32 bit or 64 bit

I want to download oracle 10g over the internet, however, they have one version for 32 bit microsoft windows and another for 64 bit microsoft windows. I have windows 2000 service pack 4. Is this a 32 bit operating system or a 64 bit operating system

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi ogeikem,

32bit :)
There is only a version of XP that's 64bit, but it's still in development and not open to the public.
