Retrospect Backup

I am backing my whole network up to a hard drive.  All my clients are backing up as normal except one office.  Proactive Monitor next to these specific clients in this office it states "Media Source".  I have scheduled a back for each of these clients but still it skips over them.  It shows under the next back "ASAP" but never backup them up.  It's been this way for almost a month now.  Nothings been changed with these clients.
What could it be and how do I fix it?
Thanks again,

As it turns out one of the two hard drive in the backup server was full.  I purged out some old backup sets and for the time being it's backing up correctly.  Bigger hard drives are on their way.
I would like to thank you for your prompt attention to my question.  It was suggestion that I checked into before discovery my other problem.
    Thanks again,
