arcserve problems

incremental backups are not running even though job status is ready and configured correctly nothing recorded in the activity log but following entries are in the event log ;

Job Id:   1458
Unable to find anti-virus DLL. (EC=MOD NOT FOUND)

and

The description for Event ID ( 3032 ) in Source ( ARCserveIT ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Job Id:   1458
Compression is disabled due to hardware data compression..

searched eventid.net on these errors but cannot find anything

anybody seen these errors?

backup has not run again and the following errors are in the activity log

error 3062 and error 8511

anyone know how to fix this problem?

Have you try computer assoicate support site? I believe you can search your problem by inputing your event ID.
