Patch problem

I have just installed solaris and try installing patches.
however, I failed a lot of installation and when i do /bin/showrev -p i see lots of the following:

what has actually gone wrong?
how do I solve the problem.

    You need patch 114568 at least rev 12
    go to and type 114568 into patchfinder, download and install it and then re-install those patches that failed
