Is there a comprehensive list of all the 'DOS CMD' commands that are available along with a description of its functionality?

Thats it, I'm going to write a script that refreshs the page every 3 seconds, and prompts me when a new post is made in networking.

Why don't any of these list include the DOS commands IPCONFIG, PING, ETC..
Because those aren't DOS commands, they are windows commands that run in at the command prompt

Thanks!!!! Why doesn't Windows have a friendlier interface for the commands along with some sort of help info?
you usually can type the command without arguments or with a -? to receive help on commands... there are tools out there that give you a gui interface to use the tools with...

this tool will give you all the networking related commands... ipconfig is something that always has to be run on the local machine so it's pointless to include that one in utility...
