Tutorial To Make These Buttons!
Hi
Wasn't sure if I needed to post this here or in the Flash channel - but here goes. I'm network admin for a health care charity, and part of my duties is providing tech support to one of our projects. The volunteers at this project are extremely capable but a little lacking in training opportunities at the moment and access to real experts in this field. What they want to be able to do is to create buttons for a website that are similar in the way they look (ie clarity resolution and function - not the same picture etc) to the ones on this website below.

What we've got at the moment just isn't looking too great by comparison. Using Dreamweaver 4, Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Photoshop CS, Photoshop 6, and Illustrator 9 & 10 - on different machines.
Their ability, intuitive use of these programs and programming skills in actionscript and html far outweighs mine so I can't help. They just need pointing in the right direction. Useful but specific tutorials or maybe a happy compromise and advice on the direction to go would be most welcome.
