Failed mail currently is dumped into the system mailbox.

How do I change this and how do I view the contents of the system mailbox?

There are files there, but not the amount that is stated in the Exchange Mangager for the mailbox contents, which is currently 401 items

Is there any way to view THOSE items.  For instance, can I setup an OWA account to see those emails?

There is a blank section on that image of where to send copies of NDR's if your's was set up by default it's probably blank too.

401 messages for the system mailbox is normal and the size is probably around 361 all of my system mailboxes are at that size.  This link may help you get to your system mailbox though yours sounds normal http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&threadm=eHgAjW6hDHA.2984%40TK2MSFTNGP11.phx.gbl&rnum=7&prev=/groups%3Fq%3Dwhat%2Bis%2Bthe%2B%2522system%2Bmailbox%2522%2Bexchange%2B2003%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26safe%3Doff%26selm%3DeHgAjW6hDHA.2984%2540TK2MSFTNGP11.phx.gbl%26rnum%3D7

I have all NDR's sent to my email address is well.  But there was an error with the POP3 connector and it was downloading email and sending it somewhere.  I am assuming it is the system mailbox.

Thanks for the help, I will try this out later tonite.
