IE 6 - WinXP SP1 - ASP - ACCESS DENIED Code:0

I am having a problem that defies all reason.....

I have an intranet setup with forms that send emails and write to a SQL DB.

Everything has worked flawlessly until i implemented a DATEPICKER date format validation tool.

Here is where it gets weird.....

Here is the setup - 2 WINXP machines that are IDENTICAL = ghosted.

Both machines can view all intranet content and submit forms, etc, etc.

One of the machines has no problem returning the value from the popup window datepicker to the textbox, the other pc gives an error.

Line: 95
Char: 3
Error: Access is Denied.
Code:0
URL:https:/webapps.thetanco.com/tancoweb/scripts/AspDatepicker.asp?inField=FrontPage_Form1.date

Please HELP!

Three possibilities: The machine that fails is going cross domain;  or the machine that fails has had SP2 installed and does not like the popup; or the default user on the machine that fails does not have the correct permissions set.
