Download size limitation on ISA SERVER 2000

I installed ISA SERVER 2000 in cache mode. I am planning to limit

My users to have maximum download size for each day, for example a user can only download up to 100 MB per day is it possible to do this with isa server. If not any tools can help me on this issue.

    I don't think you can do it with ISA SERVER 2000 or a specific program you can use... Websense will let you specify which webpages are work related and limit users access to non-work related sites to a time limit per day....
