I have successfully configured a recovery agent for EFS files, namely Administrator, however I cannot figure out how to decrypt a file.<br />

When I view the file from the files owner's login it shows Administrator as a recovery agent but when I log in as Administrator and right click on the file and deselect the encrypt property I get &quot;Access Denied&quot;.<br />
