I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So your users hit on the log off button and then what happens?  What version of Exchange are you running, what web browser are your users using?

When my users hit log off they get 'The page cannot be displayed' - https://mail.DOMAINNAME.com/exchange/MAILBOX/?Cmd=logoff

I am using Exchange 2000 and my users are using IE 6 SP1
Is this something new or has it always been this way.  It should be something like https://mail.domainname.com/exchweb/bin/USA/logoff.asp I think.
Have you checked this?

 Open the IIS Manager.
- Take Properties of Exchweb\Bin virtual folder
- Under the General tab click Create then OK
- Set the Application Protection level to LOW - IIS Process
