I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Yes , Mac address filtering can be used.
specify the mac addresses  of the machine which needs to be restricted in Mac filtering page of Router.

If you want a particular computer to get to only certain web sites, then you need something besides a router. A router will block say, all web traffic, or all file sharing traffic to one computer. It will not block based on some site or other.

For that kind of blocking you need a proxy. AOL broadband has one, and your router may be able to use it.

Which router do you have? Maker and model number are required.
