RAW disc

Okay, I have a 250GB drive with many partitions on it, the partitions were deleted, but the data is there.... There are some NTFS and FAT partitions, are there any programs that can rebuild the partition table so that they are accessable again? Any help is appreciated!

    Finally, what I've been looking for; testdisc, something that is free and can recover partition tables!! Thank you very much kiranghaq!
