How to programmatically import a bunch of contacts into an Exchange Public Folder?

I'm trying to programmatically import a bunch of contacts into an Exchange Public Folder.  What's the best way to do this?

The language I'm using is C#/.NET.  I already have code to import contacts into the Global Address List, and I'm wondering if Exchange Public Folders can be imported into in the same way (through Active Directory), or if I need to use the MAPI interface?

Thanks a lot!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Also, if it turns out the I can import into a Public Folder by working with Active Directory, how would I find out the LDAP "address" of the Public Folder?

You can't do it with ADSI/System.DirectoryServices because you need to access the public store.  You could either use CDO/MAPI or WebDAV depending on your preference.  Info on WebDav can be found here:

and info on CDOEXM can be found here:
