Bringing CPU inputs to the front of the computer

What kind of options do I have to bring all (or most) of the computer inputs  on the back of the computer to the front. I am looking for a solution that would allow me to keep a computer in a desk with all inputs easily accessible without pulling the computer out of the desk and running some cable around the desk. Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

But, it does not have to be so expensive, you can buy an external case, and put the CD in it. You wopuld not be able to boot from it in most cases though....
