Watcom SQL 4.0 and Presto Pagemanager 4.2

Whenever I try to open Presto Pagemanager 4.2, Watcom SQL 4.0 opens and Presto freezes! I cannot access any files I had stored in Pagemanager which worked perfectly in the past. Have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling. Running Spybot and CoolWeb Shredder...no luck! This has been a problem for some time. Could it be due to Norton Systemworks??? or some other conflict?

Many Thanks! I now have Presto up and running again...(most of the time!) Initially I thought the problem was due to my Norton Systemworks running in the background, as the Presto program froze again when I enabled the full Norton Package on Startup. However, having played about with it for a long time it seems erratic. Sometimes presto works with everything going on Startup, sometimes it freezes at Watcom SQL 4.0.and I have to 'End Program' before I can continue.
I have also managed to complete a long overdue Defrag using this deselect option of all background programs in MS Config. Recently it never went past 10% before restarting due to 'disk write'?!
