Do you have a firewall at work, if so you will need to open up port 5631/5632 to allow PCAnywhere connections through

I have been use pcanywhere for a while.  It just after I closed connection on Friday night, I can not mo longer coneect to it.
It sound like it is a server side issue, you could try and restart the PCAnywhere service on the host pc.
Run the following commands on the server
net stop "pcanywhere host service" (This stops the service)
net start "pcanywhere host service" (This starts it again)
OR if you want to do this through the GUI
Go to Start->Run->Services.msc->Right click on "pcanywhere host service" and click on Restart
