should be able to connect to the print server using a browser and typing
http://192.168.0.10 in the address bar
doesn't seem to be a username or password
this will alow you to configure the print server
now for XP
go to add printer, local printer
create new port, choose standard tcp port,  next and then put in the ip of 192.168.0.10 (if you have left the ip as default), click next, select LPR, enter the port name (usually the ip address)
click OK, then next
then put the printer software in and install the drivers for the printer, and test
