Opening ports for general usage

Wanted to ask a quick question, I was curious how I could open a port on the outside of the firewall for general use inside of the network. I have created a access-list for this however I applied a static option port-port, but I wanted to open up a one to many type of list, for example:

What we are trying to do is:

TCP Port open on firewall 4662, open to all clients on subnet instead of one client at x ip address.

Any suggestions?

You cannot redirect port 4662 on the outside interface to multiple internal machines unless you have multiple external IP addresses that you can use.
Basically one specific port on one external IP address can only be redirected to a single machine on the internal network.
There are often way of reconfiguring the client software so that one listens on 4662, another on 4663, and another on 4664 and you can redirect each of these to the specific machines.
