outlook problem

we recently change from static Ip to Dhcp and some people on our LAN can get their outlook setup and some people can't get outlook setup, Because  they can't log on the the network when trying to setup out look, but still go the internet

Looks likeyou have a DNS problem... Do you have a DNS server within the domain?? If so, make sure to add DNS servers to the DHCP options, to do this, go to Admins Tools -->  DHCP --> %Servername% --> Scope --> Scope Options and add the 06 option (DNS server), make sure to add the ip address from the DNS server within this option, this should do the trick...

Make sure that either all pc's reboot or that you go to the DOS prompt and type in ipconfig /release and then ipconfig /renew.
