Internet Connection Sharing isn't working!

OK,

So it seems my last quesiton didn't really work out. Anyway, I have come to a point in my wireless LAN that both the computers in the network can see each other, send files to and fro. But when it comes to ICS, it just doesn't work! In "My Networked Places", we can see a section called "Internet Gateway", in the section, we can see a connection to the internet.

However, when I try to open IE and go to the internet, it always ends up displaying 404 error.

I have tried shutting down all Firewalls, but to no avail!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
