Accessing a UNC file in ASP.NET

I am trying to open and read a text file stored on another sever via ASP.Net (VB). using the Micorsoft.scripting COM compenent. The code works fine when I run it on my development machine, however when I post to our live intranet server. I get the error shown below. I thought it may be to do with the permissions on the user account running the code under IIS, so I changed it to a domain user with domain admin rights to test this theory, however it still fails.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Simon.
