I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you have enterprise level of the Microsoft operating system then you can throttle the executable back to 50% of CPU using the OS.

You have been hacked

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/hacktool.sqlck.html

Unplug the network from this server, turn you firewall to block everything until you can regain control of your network.

You will also probably want to change most, if not all, of the passwords for the users that have used that machine to login.

Hi nuberun

Find the file sqlck.exe using the search function from explorer and delete it.  Symantec's Norton Antivirus will clean this file from your system.
