M:\Exchange drive is no longer mapped

Somebody mapped the M: drive used by exchange to another share. I removed the share and want to get the proper M:\Exchange share back. IIS iis also reporting the Public, Exchange and Exeadmin virtual directories with alerts. Any suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Reboot the server. Make sure that the share has gone and isn't going to be put back via a login script or something like that.

The alerts on the virtual directories are normal - IIS starts faster than Exchange. Right clicking on each folder, pressing stop and then start will clear them.

Thankfully the M: drive has gone from Exchange 2003.

Also, unless you really need the M drive mapping (very few do), you can remove it and not have to deal with issues like this any more.
