Add an authenticated users

I think I need to, ah, remind our IT guys how to add an authenticated user to our exchange server. Outlook 2003 blocks downloaded pictures from the newsletters we send out. Would adding, say, www.acme.com -- where the images are stored -- let users see them?

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

type of images?? it's the content that it's blocking.  On the O2003 side, go to Tools, Options, Security. Change Download Automatic Settings.

Perhaps I'm mixing up two different things (not surprising, given my lack of knowledge of Exchange and Outlook!). Bascially, we want to work some magic and do the same thing as if users right-click on a blocked image and choose "Add domain to Safe Senders list".

Thanks
