I think I need to, ah, remind our IT guys how to add an authenticated user to our exchange server. Outlook 2003 blocks downloaded pictures from the newsletters we send out. Would adding, say, -- where the images are stored -- let users see them?

type of images?? it's the content that it's blocking.  On the O2003 side, go to Tools, Options, Security. Change Download Automatic Settings.

Perhaps I'm mixing up two different things (not surprising, given my lack of knowledge of Exchange and Outlook!). Bascially, we want to work some magic and do the same thing as if users right-click on a blocked image and choose "Add domain to Safe Senders list".
