Actions >Tools> Out of Office...  is unavailable for a user

It is being run from the users inbox, and it only seems to be effecting this user.

The option simply isn't there.

I can't find anything to distinguish this user from the others (checked the ACL)

any ideas?

    What release?
    LVL 46

    Accepted Solution

    The option is hidden when the following formula yields True:

    > User := @LowerCase(@UserName);
    > Mngr := @LowerCase(@GetProfileField("calendarprofile"; "Owner"));
    > (User != Mngr) | @Environment("OEMClient") = "1" | @If(@TextToNumber(@Version) < 174;@True;@False)

    So check whether the user is in the calendar profile as Owner, OEMclient is not set (won't be) and you don't run R5.? I don't know which R5 version 174 refers to.
