Hello everyone,
I am new to this site so I will try to comply accurately. I use Ghost 8.0 and Sysprep to image all of my computers (Dell, Compaq, Toshiba). I have one image for all Desktops. My base image is from a Compaq 650. I recently was sent some desktops with SATA drives in them. I can't get sysprep to load the drivers at the beginning of setup. Just goes to a Blue screen. I can create an unattend CD that seems to work. The image will not come up when the BIOS it is set to the default setting of RAID Autodetect /AHCI. If I change the BIOS to any of the other three settings (RAID Autodetect /ATA, RAID On, or Combination) it goes through Sysprep setup. The only problem is in Device Manager it is not loaded as SATA. Not to make it too long but here is my Sysprep.inf file. I am really at the end with this. I don't know where to go with this. Please Help!
Thanks,
Vince

Due to differences with SATA drives you may want to load your software from scratch on this computer then run sysprep and create a new image for this type of machine.
