DNS service unexpectedly terminates

I am seeing this error repeatedly if not steadily. Delll PowerEdge 4600 Server w/ 2GB. What gives?

you need a PSS hotfix.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if a DNS TXT record contains non-ASCII characters. These characters are saved in octal escaped form to the zone file.
