asked on

accidently disabled user account when reenable, can't open mailbox

Hi ,
i Disabled a Very important user account by mistake and after one day,
i reenabled the user account back

i cannot open his email anymore
i receive the error " unable to expand the folder, the set of folders could not be opened, the information store could not be open "

what happend the the mail box
when i went to the drive M , i cannot access to the folder

help !!!!!!!!

remove mail attributes from the user, run the mailbox cleanup agent in the ESM, then reconnect the mailbox to the user object, see if it works then.
