How to drop down 2 columns in a combo box in VB.net? (such as item and description)

How to drop down 2 columns in a combo box in VB.net?  (such as item and description)
Totally, I want 3 columns load from a table in sqlServer2000.  The first column is hidden, and use for primary key,  displaying the second column is an item, displaying
the 3rd column is an item description.  when the user clicks the drop down, I want
to get the first column value and display the 2nd and the 3rd column for the user.
Please show the vb.net code.  Thanks.
