cant run .vbs files

Hi,

I have a standalone server running windows 2003. I want to run a .vbs file and it says:

Windows cannot open this file:

..........

What do you want to do?
a) use web service (its not connected to the interent so I cant select this option)

or b) select the program from a list

When I look at the list I am  only presented with with notepad or Windows Picture and fax viewer

Do I need to install/configure anything to run this program?

thanks

Hi,

the reason was a dodgy install of windows. I've reinstalled and everything is fine.
