File sharing across two domain nt4 & 2K

We are using DFS on a 2K domain with some some users still on an NT4 domain.

The data is on the 2k domain and 2k users have no problem accesing the shares.
However the domain admins/admin on the NT4 domain can access the shares on the 2k Domain but users on the NT4 domain cant connect to the share they recive a restricted
error message.
As far as we can see the permissiosn are all correct is there something were missing?

Any Ideas anyone?
Thanks In Advance.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

try this.

   On the "Shared" Drives.
Right Click go to
Properties | Sharing
Click the [Permissions] Button
Click [Add]

Look in the list and see if the
[NT4 Domain Users] are listed.
If they are, Then Add each of them
To the [Share Permissions] list.
And set the [Permissions] as reguired.

If they are not seen in the [Add] Area's List.
Then let me know, and I will do some more checking around.
