Export Outlook 2003 Form

Can anyone tell me how I can export a custom Outlook 2003 form and import it on another system?

    1) Open item/form in Outlook
    2) Choose File/Save As..
    3) Change "Save As Type" to "Outlook Template"
    4) Select location and filename
    5) When you click OK you will get an Outlook Item Template file (filename.OFT)
