VB6 Stand Alone without install anything else, is that possible ?
Hi guys, I need to run a VB6 application at many workstations, just once in a long time, so I have to avoid the installation. I'm working with VB6, SQL7 and Crystal 8. How can I do to make a stand alone exe file that can hold inside all the library files with no more installations like the MDAC or the crystal ? Is that possible ?

well, in that case forget about crystal, I can avoid it, 'cause the workstation main task is to update data...But still missing the MDAC, what is supossed to do with that ? Imagine that I'm working at workstation with basic Win 98 & Office installation ? If I miss the MDAC, how can I got the connection with the Net Server ?

Yes, I've looked but I need strictly freeware editions. Do you know another free soft seemed like ?
I never saw free software doing this!
Crystal 8 reports themselves can be compiled and distributed. That might be easier than a VB application. I haven't done it so I am not sure if compiled Crystal has other dependencies required.
