Copy all incoming mails with a Exchange rule to a public folder

Hello,

we have a problem with one of our clients... We need to set up a rule or something simular to copy all incoming emails of all users to a public folder. this must be done with an Exchange rule on the server and not with a Outlook rule.

Version of Exchange? You can turn on message journaling pretty easy in 200x, but beware the added disk space.

no, pretty sure it has to be a mailbox, even so, I wouldn't want to do it with a PF....

Hello,

it is Exchange 2000 Enterprise with SP3 and the rollup for SP3.
we know that it can be done, because it worked before our upgrade to Enterprise. But what we not know is how they did it. This has been done by someone else.  Maybe with com+ components or API's? I have no knowledge with com+ and API's...
