Why my MSN audio doesn't work behind NAT?

Hi,
My linux box running kernel 2.4.18 works as a firewall,  My intranet windows machine can connect outside via NAT provided by Iptable,  both message and video work, but audio doesn't work, why?
I don't see many search result out of this from google, others don't seem to have this problem ...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

When  you use audio MSN tried to make a direct connection to the other client and usually uses your intneral ip address so it dosnt work.
The best fix Ive found is to use squid proxy on the linux box doing your nat and tell MSN your using a proxy then it will connect through that and your audio will work.
