Server 2000 Reinstall

I have a Dell  Poweredge Server 4400 and I'm working to get information on cleaning off the server and reinstalling W2K server. I have read information about dmboot problems and this is something I do not want to have. Is there an easy way to clean this thing off and get it reloaded? Running a Raid5 and was setup wrong in the first place.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've installed 2000 on several 4400 and never had any issues.  PROVIDED I used the Dell Server Assistant CD.  When you're ready to reinstall, boot to that and go through the steps to prepare the system for 2000.  Works great, in my opinion.
