Why don´t you simply create a new set of Tapes like this :<br />

1 Tape for mondays and Tag it &quot;&nbsp;Monday &quot;, do the same to all week days.( Rotate Weekly )<br />
<br />
1 Tape for the Week Backup, call it &quot;&nbsp;Week 1 &quot;, do the same for the rest of the weeks.( Rotate Monthly )<br />
<br />
1 Tape for the Month called &quot;&nbsp;January &quot;, do the same for the rst of the year. ( Rotate Yearly )<br />
<br />
No way to get it wrong, and you will be using the Grandfather/ Father/ Son scheme.<br />
<br />
After all these tapes, you can insert one ONLY to Full Backup the YEAR !!!<br />

Does anyone know of any simple standalone software that will printout which tape number is to be used on which day allowing for rotation and retirement etc.?<br />

It's a single server job with, at the moment, 20 tapes and doing it in Excel is just not really on any more<br />
