I have come accross this problem before but i am unable to remeber the workings of it.

I have a user who has just attempted to print an email with a picture in the body but the image comes out as a box with a red cross in top right hand corner.

Could anyone shed any light please

Oly :)

If the pictures aren't displaying in the message when you open it, here's the process for Outlook 2003 (and probably 2000)

In Outlook, go to Tools -> Options
    Click the Security tab
Click the Change Automatic Download Settings button
Clear the checkmark for "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail".
